Every year our guests are delighted with our Christmas events and leave fabulous reviews.
Even last year, when snow threatened to stop play, Santa's helpers worked from dawn to dusk to make sure everyone was happy and ready for the big day. We believe that this event's popularity is due to the real dedication of our staff who are sure to give that personal touch. Every child (and adult) is made to feel special!
This year, we've rebuilt our magical Santa's workshop and we now offer a carvery lunch and dinner. Of course, we are still offering our popular breakfast with Santa. Finally, we've widened the choice of event durations and available time-slots to suit every family and budget. Here's a summary of the different event types ...
For families, we offer three different ways to meet and eat with Santa at The Big Play Barn. All the events include a meal for paying adults and children + unlimited BIG PLAY in the Big Play Barn.
The Santa Experience is our traditional two hour visit which is available at weekends and on many weekday evenings. All the favourites are back: Help the Elves, meeting the lovely Mrs Claus, story time with Santa, visiting Rudolph, sitting on the sleigh and exploring our Enchanted Forest. Children receive a present from Santa and a treat from the Christmas tree. Sometimes, great things can't be rushed!
Santa at The Big Play Barn is a one hour version available on some weekend days. The highlights of the two hour visit are included plus Santa's gift and Christmas tree treat.
Santa’s Little Helpers is a quieter, daytime session on week-days and is 90 minutes long. It has fewer children and adults taking part and is perfect for pre-schoolers.
For groups, we are offering a special exclusive evening visit for 25 or more children. These were very popular last year so don’t leave it too late to book, as evening sessions are limited. We can offer a flexible start time. Play first to run off steam before going to eat with Santa and meeting Rudolph, the elves and Mrs Claus.
